Logic is by far the best property manager I have had the pleasure of working with. They do a great job of making sure residents are cared for while providing good strategy for owners. They’re very knowledgeable with lots of experience and I could not be more pleased with how they operated our property. We also received great feedback on Logic from our residents. Jameson made the home buying process very smooth. He was very patient and professional and offered an array of services besides just being the realtor on the job. He helped us get new appliances, scheduled updates that we wanted to the interior and exterior of the home at a great price. He's well connected and highly recommended.

We recently moved out of a rental managed by Logic Property Management, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did they refuse to return our security deposit, but they also charged far beyond what is reasonable for standard move-out expenses. The cleaning fees and carpet cleaning charges were outrageously high, and on top of keeping the full deposit, they even tried to demand additional money from us. What made the situation worse was their communication after move-out. Speaking to them over the phone was absolutely unpleasant. The staff we dealt with were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I'm having a problem with a tenant filling my house with Marijuana smoke, letting their dog bark hours at a time, leaving dog crap everywhere, and harassment while I mind my own business. Logic PM did not call me back until the fourth call, then basically told me to pound sand and call the police, then proceeded to tell me that the police wouldn't even show for these issues. Interesting, I really thought it would be the purview of the management company to manage their tenants. I have a written statement from another tenant stating the same issues. The parking lot is in dis-repair with the very last spot right near my fence line being loose enough that I can pick up large parts of the asphalt with my bare hands. They can't even place the garbage can within the lot any longer due to issues
