The management is super helpful with answering questions. They go out of their way to make sure living at their properties is a great experience. The maintenance crew is quick to fulfill work orders. Walkways were always shoveled early in the morning when it snowed. It was a great location right across from campus and with nice views of the valley.

We stayed in an apartment of theirs for three years and the ceiling leaked the whole time. The first year there the ceiling of the master bedroom fell in and we couldn't stay in the bedroom for three months during the winter. We thought that it got fixed but next winter it still leaked. Many attempts to patch the roof and spring came around and we hoped it was fine. This winter severe leaking again and ONCE AGAIN our ceiling fell in and we were unable to use that room. Whats worse is there was CLEAR evidence of black mold in the ceiling and you could smell it constantly even with the window of the room wide open 24/7. We have a toddler who is almost 2. They did NOT do enough to prevent our problems. The apartment will always have that problem until the replace the flat roof with a sloped

I drove from Ogden to look at a place that stated they allow pets just to get there and find out they don’t allow pets on any of their units unless it’s a service animal with no exceptions. Completely wasted my time and gas.

We’ve had a great experience with Logan preferred. They are very timely in responding to our maintenance requests, calls and questions.

They were great to work with! Maintenance was usually very quick to solve concerns. The office staff were very kind and understanding. I ended up getting my whole deposit back. Their lease end date was set up to be flexible which helped moving out be less of a stressor. I couldn't ask for more out of a management company! Would definitely recommend them!
