John and Donna were extremely helpful in helping us with our decision to what cabin style we wanted. We visited several different cabin models and builders in our journey to finding what we thought we wanted but after visiting these other places we always ended up back with Log Cabins for Less. They broke every step down for us and explained all the different phases of the process that we could understand. We did not have any problems with our permit process and our drawings and plans were accepted by code enforcement with no problems. When the building phase started after we got the foundation ready for them everything started coming in on schedule and the building progressed smoothly and steadily until finished through some very cold and inclement weather but it did not slow up the const

I can't say enough about this company. Charles is the best person I have ever done business with. I bought a log home package From him in 2015 & paid him for it. As luck would have it I got hurt at work so that put it off I got past that then I was diagnosed with cancer, I had to have chemo & radiation. Meanwhile, the price for materials had more than doubled. I wanted to try & get this home built so I call him for delivery, 6 years later!!!! He delivered in full with a smile on his face. Recently purchased D profile log siding as I am renovating my log home. Received excellent customer care from DeAnna Shelton. DeAnna helped find the correct siding for my project. Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. You can't ask for more. I plan on being a repeat customer!

Our experience has been terrible. Our salesman quit, the office asked us to call, we did 3x and no one replied. We started this process in the fall and things were going well. We had cash on hand and were ready to purchase in January only to have everything fall apart. Craig, the draftsman, was nice to work with but we never got sealed floor plans. We decided to go with another log distributor due to the experience we have had.
