What a complete and total dump. You must be desperate to live here. Whoever built this place decided to put the stairs to the third floor on the side of the building but on the front of the building you can only get to the second floor. And they decided that there was no point in putting up any signs to let people know where to go to get the different apartments. I would have to imagine your mail gets lost and your packages get lost because the post office or whatever courier delivers here just doesn’t care about figuring things out. You should think twice before moving here. Oh and did I mention that they don’t even have covers on their heating and air-conditioning units? They just leave the wires exposed to the elements. DO NOT LIVE HERE----THE BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. This facility has been sold multiple times....new management comes in over and over and there isn't consistency from prior management. They do not return emails or phone calls. Laundry was shut down for months.....MONTHS! Units are supposed to be equipped with laundry hookups....try getting that done----you will pay for an upgraded unit that is supposed to have it, but the hookups are blocked and shut off. Roaches might as well have new names because when you live there no matter how much you spray or clean they are now your family bringing all their cousins with them. Units and unkeep are at best like Cousin Eddie coming in to make repairs. Hot water heaters do not heat----thermostats do not function. You would be better off in a

Infested with roaches be matter how clean I kept the place. Explicitly told me not to hire a private exterminator because they wanted their own maintenance staff to fog the unit. Told me the day and time they would do the fogging, how I needed to plan to be out of my unit for at least 24 hours, and how to pack away all my clothes, cover all furniture, take everything out of my cabinets. I get a hotel for a few night for me and my pets, follow all their instructions and a few hours after they were supposed to do the treatment they call to say they never went through with it because they were “concerned about how the chemicals would effect my pets.” Later that day I find out the maintenance staff cannot do foggings at all because it is illegal for a non-exterminator. It’s not perfect, but it is home. Very happy. I moved to your. I’ve been here for about two months. I’m enjoying the complex and the maintenance staff is awesome. Really good location. Definitely feel like I’m getting a great value. I would recommend living here.
