Lofts at Ventura

They're really annoying about inspections, but that's fine... but what do they say about the cracks in my apartment? When I tell them to fix it and everyone at the office says it's normal, it's not normal at all to me. I need it fixed, and that's what I pay my monthly rent for.

Great customer service, nice staff Quick turnaround on application approval. Apartments are nice clean and most importantly quiet. I also had a great experience with the Gabbie who helped with my internet setup. Gabbie reached out quickly and helped me switch from spectrum to AT&T with lower rates and got a quick approval. Overall very satisfied

You can only hope for exceptional professionalism nowadays, but that wasn’t the case at all here at Lofts at Ventura. The property manager had her family go to my sisters apartment to try and jump her!!! And it was all recorded on her ring camera. That is beyond absurd. It got so bad she had to move! I mean who wants to lay their head somewhere that’s supposed to be “home” and you’re not comfortable. Corporate did absolutely NOTHING to help. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I’m only giving one star because I had no choice!! The behavior of the community staff is extremely ludicrous and unprofessional. The property manager had her family sent to my sister’s unit to initiate a fight, bang on her door repeatedly and threatened her while she was pregnant. She was afraid for her life and because of their actions she had to move away from the community, which was very inconvenient for her. She seeked help from corporate but they didn’t do anything to help her. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

There is a lot that can be said about The Lofts At Ventura. One thing I will say is they truly care. There are not a lot of good reviews on here but none of them are in concern of the apartment itself. When a brand new, beautiful, low-income complex just opens, of course it will be hard to get ahold of them. Of course it will be hard to get an approval. I applied in March and I just got approved. It takes time. It takes work and that’s all Stephanie is trying to do. She is doing her best to handle each application while handling the company itself. The apartment itself is beautiful inside and out. I hope this community stays in tact.
