Lofts at Kelley Farms

I have been here for almost 5 years. Zero issues maintenance is immediate. Clean, quiet and great neighbors. The high ceilings make it feel extra roomy. 🤍 Laminates on top floor hard to find and a garage. Downside no pool or gym but offsets price for the better. Common areas could use some fresh paint, carpet cleaned and love.Jane not been yet since I have been here. Overall exterior maintained. Best rental I have had in the last 20 years.

I have never rented in a place in my 25 years of maintenance responding so quick all the time no matter how small. Today the furnace went in single digit weather and John was here on a Sunday in less than an hour. Always nice and informative! Thanks John! Jamie

Pros: Have been a tenant for over 2 years now and have enjoyed living here and the location very much. The rents are comparable and justified considering the lack of amenities offered. Maintenance staff is awesome and have always responded quickly for most issues. Cons: lack of on-site property manager lends to the overseeing of property maintenance. Hallways need refreshing, (walls, doors, carpeting dirty and dingy and marred) Landscape needs attention, many dead trees and shrubs ignored for past 2 years with no replacement or updating. Driveways need resurfacing. Eyes need to be on the property more so that this apartment complex does not slip away and become run down.

Current resident! Very nice apartments in a super quiet neighborhood. The location is ideal!! They are close to everything. Management team is very nice and easy to work with. I highly reccommend this place.

You apply for an apartment here and then they don't have any available like they say that they do. Then you have to pay $20 ($40 for 2 people) for it and you don't get anything out of it. Their website had availability when we applied and now there's none. I would only pay the fee if you are guaranteed a place. What a joke!
