I moved into the LOH on Tuesday, October 14th-and I am in love. From the moment I stepped inside, I could feel the thought, care, and intention behind every detail. I was interested in renting here, but unfortunately they aren't willing to rent to someone with a felony that's is 25 years old. My offense was non-violent, not drug related, aggravated, nor did it involve a child or young children. The young lady I spoke with stated that since the complex is a government entity, they don't lease to felons. I find that to be odd when I'm employed by the government!

I don’t know what this people is doing now, they change everyone at the office, new manager, the las manager was kind and polite with everyone, willing to help, now the staff is rude, and what I heard is that he is not working with them, I already signed my lease with this people but I’ll never renew with them the worst management to deal with.

don’t even bother renting here , the two women michelle & maria i think is their name are very rude, they act as if it’s a problem to ask them questions & they do not know how to communicate with their potential tenants. my application was sitting over a month with no communication , i just so happen to call now they need all the information i’ve already sent all over again, also be mindful you will have to pay a $300 deposit before even viewing the unit , the apartments haven’t even passed inspection but they want to collect deposits to hold a unit that they don’t even know when it’s gone be ready.. that’s awful .. i rather go somewhere else.

One day they called to tell us we had qualified for out apartment they just didn’t have anymore available and that they would have to move us to there other location and will resubmit the application for us after a month of waiting next day off the sudden we no longer qualified I’m not understanding what went wrong overnight and management is not answering questions
