Lofts At Greensborough Court

Moving into The Lofts at Greensborough Court today and it exceeded all expectations. Pam, the Property Manager, has been friendly, knowledgeable, and always available for questions. Doug, Head of Maintenance and Security, was so welcoming and the apartment looked amazing. I would highly recommend this beautiful, unique property.

I have lived at the Lofts for a few years now, and I have to say I will miss this place! This apartment has been so much more than a home. It's the place I've stayed the longest, it's the place I was in when I met my future husband, I have made so many life-long friends and felt a part of a community. Doug and Pam are amazing, and have always made me feel welcomed! The amenities are great, and the location is unmatched! HIGHLY recommend the Lofts to call home!

While the Lofts aren't the newest property in downtown, I think they're the best choice for most renters. The apartments have nice layouts, the parking lot is gated, and the grounds themselves are well maintained and secure. When I first moved I thought all the gates were a bit overkill; however, after having lived in the Lofts for the past three years, I can assure you they serve a purpose and aid with fostering a sense of security. With very few exceptions, the vast majority of tenants are really nice and looking for neighborly friends-- so that's an added perk. Also, if you have a dog, this is really the only option in downtown if you're looking for a designated pet walking/potty area. Management is responsive and the maintenance team would give you the shirt off their back if necessary

I rented while in a writing program- a great location, pool, sauna, gym and gorgeous historic building. Across from the train station- you can get so many places with Amtrak. You also get a parking spot downtown in a gated lot. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Gorgeous outdoor courtyard with twinkle lights. Pam was wonderful to work with and she was always looking out for tenants' best interests and goes above and beyond for residents. Doug, the property manager, was wonderful as well. I would definitely rent there again. The neighbors were great, lots of good community building and chill atmosphere.
