Lofts at Baymeadows

I wouldn’t change a THING about the Lofts. This community is a dream come true! I couldn’t believe it when I were apartment hunting. The managers are organized, communicative, and fun! They care about their residents and the upkeep of the community. I love that my pets can live here for free, and this is my first place to call home. Perfect for first time apartment peeps! And HELLOOO, utilities are included!!!! Why haven’t ya scheduled a tour yet?! ❤️⭐️

Loved living here! Great amenities, safe and beautiful. They have one furnished unit that can be used for a short-term lease and it gave me the perfect place to stay during my internship.

I lived here for a year and had a great time! It's a very clean and quiet community, maintenance addresses any requests very quickly and Ms. Tonya in the leasing office is very welcoming and always ready to help.

I recently relocated to Florida and am currently a resident at Lofts at Baymeadows while my new home is under construction. If you are in the market for a rental, I highly recommend you considering this place your next home! The three things that were very important to me when looking for a temporary home was that it was in a safe area, was quiet, and very clean. The Lofts at Baymeadows is all of that, and MORE!!
