Very nice clean location, located walking distance to so much!

We stayed at the condo and so many things were broken. Bathroom cabinet, kitchen faucet, barstools etc. Neighborhood sketchy at night. Heard gunshots near liquor store a block away. Before staying there Google the crime map area that area. Also, when we checked out and forgot some clothes in a drawer. We contacted Good Night Stay and they told me that they found them which we confirmed with a picture by a young lady who is no longer there. They said that they would be shipping back to me. After several phone calls and 10 weeks later they claim that they had us mixed up with another guest. After confirmation of the clothing and false promises of them saying they would ship the clothing to me, they said “sorry we don’t have them”. Don't stay there. Use Airbnb if you do. The owner of the building is wonderful, the apartments are roomy and have a wonderful design with great new appliances. It's cost effective, and a great area to live in. Minute walk from Vanderbilt and the Centennial Park. Best deal around the area!

Stayed in 412. Very nice and quite. I couldn't have asked for a better place. It was peaceful at the end of the day to go walk in the park.

Apartment 310 is super nice, clean, funky, cool furniture, view to Vanderbilt university and centennial park , very recommended
