I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Black Swan Property Management has been bad enough that I feel like other renters deserve a warning. I was charged double rent, and not a single person followed up with me or apologized. I emailed, got no response, and finally had to call in. When someone finally did speak to me, I was told not to pay anything until they adjusted the mistake. I followed their instructions. Because of their error, I had to remove my autopay so I wouldn’t be charged 2600 dollars again. Even after all of that, they still charged me a late fee for a situation they created.
