About a year ago I reached out to Rene about a property listed for rent. She met my son and I and showed us on a Sunday. While the property wasn’t a great fit for us, Rene listened to our needs and showed us a property that was coming open in a few months… and it ended up being a perfect fit. We moved in April, and I am in love with our home. Rene and Lodge have been ideal over the last 9 months and I’m just so happy we signed a two year lease. I’ll renew forever and stay with them as long as I can. I’ve been renting since my divorce 4 years ago, and we have had some crazy landlords. This company is just wonderful.

I was a tenet with Lodge Properties for a little over 5 years. As with any house, problems do arise, but my property manager, Rene, was always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or issues that I had. Rene’s communication was prompt and professional, she even made sure to instruct the maintenance guy to be as quiet as possible when my dog was in the house recovering from a surgery. I was always given a heads up whenever anyone from Lodge needed to enter the house. Once I bought my own house, Rene made the transition and end of residency smooth and easy. I enjoyed my time as a tenet with Lodge thanks to a great property management team.

Rene and the team at Lodge Properties made our experience in our Furnished Rental in Fort Worth so enjoyable! The communication was amazing, and any issues or questions we had were addressed so quickly. We also really enjoyed having an easy payment method via their portal. Lodge properties had been very attentive and responsive throughout our 3 years of renting with them. We appreciate the full communication they provided as landlords. Rene is specifically who we communicate with and she has been more than amazing. Her knowledge of the property and caring attitude has made us have a great experience. The company even took the time to walk through the house after we moved in to see if there were any updates needed with fire alarms and such. I have never had this amount of transparency and professionalism while renting until meeting their staff. We’ve rented with Lodge for almost 4 years and have always found them to be very responsive and helpful! Rene is very kind and cares about keeping tenants happy in their home.
