Lodge At Silverdale

I moved here in 2008 and I Love living here this is my home. I like that it is a gated community and I feel safe living here. The District manager Keisha is very friendly, she's been the property manager here at the Lodge for 15 years. Keisha works hard at taking care of our community, when I call in a work order it's taken care of the same day depending on how busy they are. We are Pet friendly that's a big plus. I like the courtesy trash pickup twice a week. Its a quiet friendly place to call home.

I have Lived here since 2021 and love it here, the manager Keisha is awesome, if I need anything fixed they come out same day or next but if it’s a emergency they come out right away.The property is beautiful and everyone is so friendly

I am echoing what everyone else is saying here about management. I don't live there all year, but I visited and stayed there for long periods of time. For some reason corporate allows the manager to do whatever her her heart desires and oh boy she sure takes advantage of it. She walks into residents' apartments without prior notice, she yells, she threatens, and these are elderly people, some not so healthy. This place should be reported as being elder abuse. DO NOT MOVE THERE

I visit a client on a weekly basis there. It appears to be a nice, well kept senior apartment living. I like the fact that there is a security gate, but I wish the gates would close quicker so the person behind me can't sneak in. The inside of the apartment I go to is pretty & maintained.

The manager is horrible and there is little activities provided by management, even though the sign out front says "active community." The hot tub is barely warm, and though there have been some complaints, management will not comply. High assistant manager turn over rate and poor customer service. Though the grounds are "nice", it's sad that the residents have to support one another to stay active in the community.
