These apartments have gotten a lot better since Picht and sons took over. The landscaping has improved a lot. They are working very hard to have security here. The are remodeling all units as well.

Moved here in May have had nothing bad to say about it. Management is awesome and friendly any issues I've had they were on it ❤️ they accepted my dog when every other apartment complex I tried automatically said no because of his breed and size. It was a little rough out here some years ago when I visited a friend that lives here but the new management (Shaina at first now Josh) and maintenance(Dennis) have been working hard on making it better with renovations and upgrades was a little rough looking when I first got here but is improving majorly. Thanks to you guys for being great💪🏼.

Tyler was very understanding I was in a tough spot when I walked in inquiring about an apartment and I was trying to get back on my feet he was very understanding and consistent with communicating with me . I love my apartment and how everything was renovated.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I applied and paid the required application fee, then heard nothing from them so I called. They told me they hadn't run the application yet because there was a waitlist (despite there being floorplans available on their website) but that they did have something available that I could move into the next day. I called back FOUR TIMES and left a message telling them I wanted the apartment and days later still had not received a phone call or even an email. To my knowledge my application still has not been submitted! I left another message to tell them they've wasted my time and I want my money back and they had the audacity to call and ask if I was still interested "or they had to move on." It was urgent that I move into an apartment quickly due to

Was supposed to move into one of these apartments way back in July, they kept pushing back my move in date even with them knowing i was transferring from another state and needed to move in on the move in date, they told me I’d have to wait till SEPTEMBER , instead they took they’re sweet time and almost cost me my job. The apartments looked trashy anyway I’m glad I went to student housing solutions instead.
