Disappointed with property management, The complex declined over the year. I recently moved from marsh creek based on the lack of safety. Residents stabbing each other. If you dislike drugs don’t move here , drug deals happen daily. And you can smell it in the whole complex. I have witnessed it happen. Not a place for seniors. I’m glad I moved out of here , the manager is not professional enough for the job. I believe that marsh creek village may need to do some research on management and put safety first as well. I don’t suggest marsh creek village as a place to call home.. update to the reply from owner!! I believe you definitely take so actions about the property management. And the monitor her as well. Very unprofessional. Our building was struck by lightning last Sat. Some appt had electric sparks. My cat was at the window where the lighting hit. No one from Admin came till Mon. No apology for having us with shoulders impairments having to haul our groceries around the building. Only 2 of 6 doors are now available for access due to lack of electric key access. This is just ONE current problem. So many other problems ... I work for University of Michigan. Many people have come over to look at the Ann Arbor Lockwood complex and were turned off by the meals. Safety issues. Constant calls to 911 for medical transport. Calls to police for resident issues. The list goes on and on.

Never ever answers your phone calls and according to other reviews they love to play & procrastinate around with your security deposit/rent back pay. But as stated previously if you owed them money or something was damaged within their properties they wouldn’t hesitate to immediately send you an invoice stating why your deposit or any funds due to you was forfeited. I will never recommend anyone to rent from this horrible non responsive company! I’ve never in my life dealt with an unprofessional leasing agency company of this caliber!

I only gave one star because I had too. I mailed and faxed a appeal to them regarding my application for a property I applied for that was denied in error to them. I attached all my proof and documentation. I called Kristen who did contact me back on 11/01/18 back I left a message and stated in the message that nobody has contacted me back. Per Kristen, she had not received any of my appeal information and someone else may have picked it up from the fax. After we gotten off the phone, I faxed the appeal again to her attn. I called today 11/05/18 to check the status of the appeal and to verify that the fax was received and I didn't get a call back. I have been unsuccessful in trying to reach the corporate office because my on-site property manager is not full filling his commitment to me as a tenant. I've left several messages with Kristin Miller, the resident care specialist. Leaving this review was the last step I'm taking before sending a certified letter - I don't know what else to do.
