Lockefield Gardens Apartments

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really happy living at Lockfield Gardens. The office staff Linda, Jessica, and Brandi are truly God sends. Super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They made my move in very easy . The Maintenance guys are pretty cool too, they respond fast and actually get things fixed. (I’ve had plenty of bad experiences at other apartments ) I’ve also seen some of the new renovations they’re starting to add to the apartments, and they look really nice. It’s good to see them putting effort into improving the place. When I renew my lease, I’ll try to get into one of those lol Overall, solid community and a good place to live

Lockefield Gardens' maintenance team works superbly. They are professional and courteous. Two weeks ago, the heating system in my apartment broke down. They immediately took action, checked all possible causes, and fixed the problem. They also patiently explained the situation and shared tips on how to effectively keep the apartment warm. Their hard work makes living in the apartment a great experience.

I have lived here for about 10 months. The grounds are beautiful and the landscaping is always well manicured. I really like the park in the back to walk around or to sit and relax. It is also close to downtown so it’s easy to walk to anything I need. The maintenance staff has also always completed any of my work orders within a few days. The office staff has always been nice and solved any issues I’ve had professionally and quickly. Overall, I’d say this is a really nice place to live and I enjoy coming home every day.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property manager. She is extremely cold and unapproachable, with zero empathy or concern for residents. Whenever issues come up — whether it’s maintenance, communication, or basic questions — she either avoids responding or acts like you’re a burden for asking for help. It feels like she doesn’t care about the people living here at all. The lack of professionalism and compassion is unbelievable. Residents deserve to be treated with respect and understanding, not ignored or dismissed. Honestly, giving one star feels generous — if I could give zero, I would.

Got robbed, had a homeless man living in our hallway, and centipedes everywhere like it was their condo. Maintenance? Nonexistent. Management? Oblivious. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to pay rent for chaos and bugs, this place delivers.
