Loch Raven Pointe Apartments & Townhomes

I've been living in my townhome since February 2025, and overall it's been a decent experience. The neighborhood is quiet, which I really appreciate, and the leasing process was smooth, transparent, and flexible. Jill in the office was amazing —professional, responsive, and made the move-in process feel easy. Maintenance has been friendly. During the summer, you might see a few critters, but that's to be expected with the season, and pest control can be scheduled if needed. There are a few cons worth mentioning. If your neighbors smoke or cook with very strong spices, the smell can travel easily into your home, which can be overwhelming at times. The biggest issue by far is the trash situation. The compactor is often misused—despite space being available, some neighbors leave their bags

Beautiful Nice townhomes. I visited a 2 bedroom unit and each has its a full bathroom. The half bath is downstairs connected to the open family room. It has patio sliding doors with a cement area for grilling located on backside. A park with a walking path covered in greenery is near. Great place for children and not a noisy location.

I had a fantastic experience living at Loch Raven Pointe Apartments & Townhomes. From the moment we moved in, the staff made us feel right at home. The office manager, was always incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. She went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns promptly and with a smile. The maintenance man, deserves a special shoutout as well! He was always quick to respond to service requests and ensured everything was done to perfection. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made a huge difference in our living experience. The complex itself was always clean, well-maintained, and had a great community feel. If you're looking for a place where the staff truly cares about their residents, I highly recommend Loch Raven Pointe Apartments & Townhomes.

I absolutely enjoy living here at Loch Raven !! I have been living here almost 6 years now ; started off in a 2 bedroom townhome and we just recently moved into a 3 bedroom apartment . I would highly recommend moving into this great community . Jill is one of the best property managers and very HELPFUL . Please consider moving here if you are looking for a townhome / apartment .

Loch Raven Pointe Townhomes provided a close proximity to downtown. It allows affordable living with easy downtown access. The townhomes are spacious and have nice outdoor space. A great advantage is the close distance to the new Alamo theater. The community is well kept and maintenance is always friendly. Online rent pay helped our busy schedule. We renewed our lease several times and would have done so again had it not been for a move out of state. Highly recommended.
