Great company to work with it was a smooth and easy process when having an issue in my apartment. Ralph was great at answering all my calls and finding someone to fix my home issues in a very fast matter. He made me feel like priority when asking questions and needing assistance right away .

I am not sure why the below reviews are bad??? like my experience has not been bad at all. I am a single girl and every time i call to get things fix they come out and get things done. I love my apartment. When i moved in everything was perfect. Nice and clean, two tone paint on the walls. new carpet. love the kitchen. Whenever i call girls are always friendly. I honestly do recommend this property management.... just keep in mind this is a rental not your own apartment take care of the place and your deposit will be returned. Sad to say I am moving soon due to work... i am not concern about the deposit myself , because i have kept up with my apartment .

Very nice receptionist, terribly rude and unprofessional property managers. Their office is open until 5 but they make you come in by 3:30 or sooner to sign things and all parties must be there at the same time. I rented a property with two other working adults. When it was time to renew our lease after 1 year, they were super weird about one of the adults moving out and another moving in. They told us we all had to sign a new contract (to be expected, obviously), but that there was no rush since two of us were staying and we’re already noted for. Then, all of a sudden, a couple months later they demanded that we all come in within a week or we would be getting a 3 day notice of leave. Not only did they bombard us with a sudden deadline, but they demanded we all come in at the same time on

I rented from Locator like 19 years ago. Was fine then. I applied today for a home and was told I didn’t get approved because of a charged off many years ago do to divorce. They didn’t care what I had told say. It’s unfair that I get punished for items that were because of divorce. We are out $150 for a credit check. I only have my car and student loan that are current and in good standings. Disappointed in this company.

I originally gave 2 star but now leaving here over 3 years I give zero star but they don't let u put zero stars... anytime you need anything fixed, good luck! Emergency number never calls back. Ever! Roof leaks nothing! Water heater nothing! Had too keep calling office and been 2 month with no water heater. And still waiting! Also I surround by homeless people! I call police and lucky if they show up. Homeless people have more right than paying citizen... they throw thrash all around my apartment and nobody helps! I have gotten into so many fights with homeless people. These a horrible area too leave in. Locator property only cares about money not there tenants! Not sure what my options are so stuck dealing with these mess. Can anybody help?! I shouldn't have to leave! Right?! I pay rent
