The leasing team was and is very informative and helpful during the entire moving process. Ive been here almost 6 months now and they have remained the same and very accommodating. The few (minor) maintenance issues that have come up were handled promptly. Each time Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Andy. He is very respectful and always makes sure the timing is appropriate before coming to rectify any issue. So far I am very thrilled to be living here and look forward to being here a while!

Writing this on behalf of my mother—she’s been looking for a better place for sometime. She checked the place out and fell in love with it. Manal, the leasing agent, was very helpful and patient. English is my mother’s 5th language, so it was nice that Manal communicated with me to help with the application process. That was done very quickly. We greatly appreciate her service and kindness. My mother is excited to move in! We’re very optimistic. Thanks Manal!

Just want to share positive feedback regarding maintenance at 1284 Downing. After moving in we have a few things that needed attended to. Andy was always very kind, courteous and willing to accommodate our schedule. He quickly got everything done and did a great job. It is great that he is located onsite which makes it easy for him to drop by and do small tasks. Really appreciate Andy's help in getting us settled into our new place. Thanks so much!!!

Andy, the maintenance technician in our building, has been great. He is always professional, respectful, and responds quickly to requests. Every time I’ve needed help, he fixed the issue efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s clear he cares about doing his job well and helping residents.
