Honestly it started out pretty good now it’s really worse than a 2. Communication with them is horrible and there apparently isn’t any internal communication either. They messed up some paperwork and finally contacted me about it after almost 3 months of them having it and even saying they’ve reviewed it and everything looked good. 3June 25 I received documents saying I needed to have the documents resigned and motorized and sent back before a certain date. They didn’t call to explain anything to me and when I did call them they tried to give me a crazy excuse. So, I sent the paperwork back to them but this time the notary made a mistake because they again didn’t explain the documents. I had to get a 3 rd set to send them. But I was told that if the second set was wrong they’d deny the c
