Jamal is a great loan officer. He answers questions that range from interest rate movements to the questions related to the myriad loan documents. He is a dedicated professional. He answered the phone with a son that was ill. I feel bad for calling but he is dedicated to his family and work. How can you not trust someone like this?

Loan Depot is the worst!!!! Bought my home last year and they have not paid my property taxes in a year! Been in contact with customer service every couple of weeks since last November. Called and sent tax notices by fax starting in November 2018 with first notice, second notice and default notice! Have all the names of reps and managers that were suppose to note my account and send payment but did NOTHING! It took me to be in default and doing my own leg work and research to see what happed with payments? To find out it was an error of Loan Depot back in November 2018? I had to do everything myself to try and fix the problem myself and yet my mortgage payments made every month and money put in impound account to pay my taxes on time!
