Pete looked a my circumstance, and agreed that refinancing was a good option. He went to work right away and within a few weeks, I had completed the refinance and was able to payoff my high interest debt and consolidate it into one monthly affordable payment. I find this company to be very unprofessional. No two people will tell you the same answer. How can one lock in a rate that is good for 24 hours when the agent is gone for 8 days? Really they deserve no stars

I experienced a complete emotional and financial Nightmare with this company. I will not recommend anyone to Loan Depot on university Dr Fort Myers, Fl.It all started out good and was made to feel like they were working in my best interest. Our closing date was scheduled on the 4th of September I didn’t hear anything from my loan officer all day until past 7:30 ish that night. Then the dat was pushed back for two more days. The new date for closing the same exact thing happened again not one phone call email or text message from my loan officer until almost 2:00pm then only to disappoint me that my loan was denied! The communication was very bad the last couple days leading up to closing. I was told to put $2500 in escrow for Ernest money. Now I was told that I will not get my money back
