I had made an appointment and the person shows up to the appointment over 30 minutes late. The length of the appointment was supposed to be 15 minutes instead this person wanted me to sit there and fill out the application taking well over the specified time. He assures me they are not going to run my credit. Then I get a call the next day saying my credit was 485 when I had all my credit reports in front of me and it most certainly was not. I am going with another lender who showed up to the appointment on time and kept the appointment at the specified time and did not tell lies about what they think my credit score is or tell me they are not running my credit when they in fact are. Blocked and don't you ever have the audacity to ask me for business again after fixing your mouth with that

I don't live in Chattanooga, but the team at Integrity was so accommodating! Friends of mine are usually surprised when they hear how low my interest rate and mortgage payments are. I would strongly suggest them to anyone that's considering buying a home.
