I had such a great experience working with Shayna. She helped me find an apartment in my desired location and was incredibly on top of every detail throughout the process. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond, even helping with things that were outside of what she needed to do just to make sure everything went smoothly. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. I could not recommend her more.

would NOT recommend using this company … extremely rude! I called to inquire about an apartment and for some help in my apartment search and the woman on the other side abruptly hung up on me and was extremely dismissive. ZERO customer service or empathy. I understand that I might not meet your requirements for a particular apartment but to hang up on someone is extremely rude. I am not surprised there are a number of other negative reviews each with a response that takes zero accountability. Disappointingz

Shayna secured me and my girlfriend an apartment in under 3 days!!! She was amazing to work with and really went the extra mile to help us out. We are so excited to move into our new place and so thankful that she made the anxious process of finding an apartment in NYC extremely easy.
