Not the best place to rent for. If you know what's good for you, you should get out while you still can. Broken things will not get fixed unless it affects your well-being, anything else will get taken care of "tomorrow", or "next week". Holes will remain holes, and improvements to the area are lackluster at best. The care you'll get equates to how big your pockets are at the beginning of every month. The listings and photos are deceiving. You've been warned.
