LivingQ - Hancock Park

This is a wonderful place to live. The rooms are cozy, the roof has an amazing view, and the patio out back is a lovely place to hang out. There is also a basement with more space to chill on the colder days, and a gym. As of early 2022, there is a thriving community of friendly people here who hang out regularly and welcome newcomers. The building manager, who is awesome, organizes events, which we all appreciate. A lot of us are artists. This is also a queer friendly space. Also, some of the closets have chest high shelves and make for great audio recording spaces.

Mitch was an incredible manager who made the moving process so easy! He put so much effort into group events and made sure everyone was included! He was reliable and always there if you needed anything. The community is so welcoming, and once you move in, you’ll feel right at home! The living spaces are big, and the rooms are beautiful. I wouldn’t have moved out if I didn’t have to come back to Canada because it was such a fantastic community! It’s also in a perfect location! You’ll love this building instantly!

I love living here! The community is the best, we have so much fun at the events, we always help each other out, and the location is amazing! Everything is walking distance, beautiful neighborhood, and the amenities in the building are also a perk! The property manager really cares that each apartment unit's roommates are matched well. Best apartment living experience I've had.

This is probably one of the best places to live if you're new to LA and don't know a lot of people yet. Trips to the beach, happy hours, karaoke and game nights are regular activities, and as a foreigner, I also very much enjoyed all the American things (pumpkin carving, Super Bowl fried food, Oscars, ...). It never gets lonely in this house, and Mitchell is our papa bear, adored by everyone. The neighborhood is great, walkable and buzzing with life, but the street is lush and quiet.

Honestly one of the best and smoothest moving experiences ever. Love my space. Super chill and comfortable. I have an awesome roommate as well. Shoutouts to Mitchell, especially! You can really tell he cares about the community and the people in it. I love his attention to detail and he’s always willing to help out when needed.
