LIVIA at Scripps Ranch

My husband and I moved here three months ago, and so far we have truly enjoyed living in this community. Our apartment is on the top floor, and although the windows face the pool, the noise is generally minimal. When we keep the windows closed, there is no outside noise at all. We recently learned that the pool is heated during the winter months, which is a wonderful addition to the already long list of positive aspects of this community. The maintenance team, Ed and Jacob, is respectful and responsive, and they have consistently addressed any issues we have had. The office team is also excellent. Kim, Chris, Andrea, and Shawn have always taken the time to address our questions and concerns, and we are grateful for their support in making our experience here more enjoyable. Thank you all

I live at Livia currently and have been paying my rent with no problem. Yesterday someone parked in my spot and turns out they had the exact same parking spot number assigned to them. I contacted the leasing office and asked them to fix the issue but has not heard back after a whole working day for their leasing office. I texted them again and email them again multiple times. I tried calling and it goes straightly to voicemail without even ringing, but when I called with my friends phone, which is not in their current resident system, it actually went through and get picked up! So they have been deliberately ignoring my call and texts and emails, and even blocked my phone number so that they can just ignore me and not fixing the problem! On the phone the person picked up, Kim, claims that

Besides the incredible location and amenities, the maintenance staff is out of this world! So responsive, nice, and they truly care about the residents. Shawn, Ed and Jacob are the best!!! Shawn helped us use the pizza oven even though he was technically off the clock, Ed came at 7pm on a Friday to unclog my toilet and cleaned it! Jacob helped us with our ice machine! Highly recommend Livia.

We’d to share positive feedback for Shawn. He is very friendly, hardworking, and cares about the residents and the cleanliness of the community. He puts full effort into his work, and it clearly shows. Keep it up, Shawn! 🙂

Ma’am, my son been here since last year of June and I have this upstairs neighbor always stomping everything. I’m not gonna call the Community manager because the community manager is not gonna do nothing. She don’t like us so I feel like if I called a complaint on the neighbors they’re the Community manager is not gonna do anything. but one thing I can’t say Kim is very professional. She’s very kind and I really like her but Chris he is very rude and when I ask him to sign something, he just scribble scrabble on it.
