Lively Grande Dunes

I absolutely love my apartment it truly feels like home. The space is comfortable, well kept, and I appreciate how responsive and reliable the maintenance team is ;they are always on time and handle requests efficiently. I also want to give a special shout-out to Autumn, who has consistently been so helpful, professional, and kind whenever I’ve needed assistance. Her support really makes a difference and adds to the positive experience of living here.

First of all, Jenn Dixon’s hospitality, enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism have got to be recognized and rewarded properly! There has been a management change here and she has led the way seamlessly and without missing a beat. The entire management team at the leasing office is so welcoming and cheerful too! They will jump to solve your problem or inquiry immediately! It makes you feel like such a priority and that they truly value every tenant the same! The maintenance staff is always very timely with our trash, work orders, and just the overall cleanliness and appearance of the entire Lively Grande Dunes property! -------UPDATE ---------- after posting i did reach out to the office at Lively and spoke to a very nice person who said 'the previous staff is gone and we are a good place to rent from' (in so many words). after promising me a refund of $350 she took down my contact info and sure enough! home office refunded my $350 via fed express. ----------------------------END OF UPDATE------------------------ would give them zero stars but am forced to give them one! filled out application on December 9th and gave the leasing agent a $350.00 check for our application fee. finished our application on December 11th by sharing our bank acct information. on December 15th we showed up at the Lively and the new management company was 'conducting training' for all leasing agents. the new management com

After a few months of looking around this Spring at a lot of locations this is the one I felt most at home. The apartment is perfect and The Lively office staff has been nothing but friendly, helpful and accommodating. Friendly because I've always been greeded with a smile, helpful because I had many questions that were anaswered quickly and accommodating because minor issue I was having was taken care of immediately. Hard for me to believe that small office has to take care of so many units & people and still be so welcoming. And to that young lady who's in that office everyday, Autumn Thank you for all you do. Please keep up the great work ! ! !

Fantastic Location & in my opinion it’s the best Grand Strand area I personally have lived near since I flew the nest to move out and get my own places. I think Market Common was okay kinda overrated..but it’s Grande Dunes is like “right in the middle of everything” meaning Beach-Locations-workplaces etc. Literally I can get anywhere quickly from leaving the Grande Dunes area and surrounding developments from 76th-82nd. I can be in NMB in 5-10, I can be in Carolina Forest International area in 5-8 minutes, I can get on 31 either direction in 5 minutes oh & walk to the ocean so yeah lol I dig this location for sure. Plus Publix, Blueberry’s, Starbucks, & great Mediterranean, Italian, and Sports/Dive bars close by for easy Uber if necessary.. for myself Lively at The Grande Dunes is my favor
