Live Oak Bend

Not a resident, just staying with visiting mother, while sister is working. My vehicle was towed, yet it was registered on their third-party website. I have been through 3 big cans of Raid for the roaches in less than 2 weeks. The lack of lighting at night is dangerous. EVERYTHING needs to be updated on this property. They get 1 star for the 85% that it is peaceful and quiet.

I fogged 3 times within 2 weeks of moving in. Bugs were only seen maybe once a month after that. A/C constantly breaks. Maintenance comes in without notice and things go missing. Cars get towed within minutes—like the towing company watches the cameras.

This Apartment Complex is just sad. Don't not move here. Roaches, bed bug, the the manager is not it. They fine you for any thing. Fines start at $50. They have pot holes in the parking every. I can wait til my lease up with no resign the lease. Don't fix nothing right away. Had water damage for the upstairs have to wait to week for them to paint over the mold. Like really not replacing just paint over it. Just said!!!

You cannot park inside of this particular apartment complex without having residency and even if you have residency only one parking space per person in the apartment complex. It needs to be upgraded Badly. If you have any friends or family to come visit they cannot park inside of the apartment complex I repeat they cannot park inside of the apartment complex unless you drive them to another location to where they can park their vehicle they can't even Park their vehicle outside of the gate without getting it broke into.

It’s unfortunate that you can’t live somewhere peacefully and comfortably . And to add insult to injury management is horrible especially Deborah . Her attitude and unprofessionalism is unbelievable. When you pay rent on time you would think that would count for something. But you still get treated like you don’t. It’s sad!
