Live Oak Apartments

The new property manager called me before the thanksgiving holiday break last week to come Dec 1st at ANYTIME!!! Me and my kids father showed up around 9:30am Dec 1st to complete the application and for him to sign a paper. We get to the door she was already giving another tenant an attitude and she was droppin off her rent. So she ask me with an attitude “ may I help you. “ I proceed to ignore the attitude etc, and gave her my name and she takes the envelope and all and was going through the paper and said “ I’m not doing this today” I said why ? You called me and specifically said to come Dec 1st. She said do you have an appointment set I told her and my kids father said you told her at anytime.. she proceeds to give us two more excuses, lying that she couldn’t see her computer.. thennn

New property Manger only been there 10 days ! VERY RUDE! VERY AGGRESSIVE! She doesn’t listen or try to help ! I couldn’t even pull my phone out to look up something! She threatening me with the cops when she was the one being overly RUDE! And I’m going to the Headquarters because that’s very unapproved to say she’s only been here for 10 days !!!

When I first moved back here it was good.. I was here almost a year before Sherry poor new management. Since she have been running the building nothing has been fixed or changed. My air filter is black with a 11 month old baby that’s always sick b/c it had mold and mildew build in the walls.. I’m here b/c it’s convenient for me right now and i have nowhere else to go. They have pot holes back here in the complex that’s big as the sun. My car got messed up from hitting a pot hole And she shrug her shoulders as if she didn’t care and didn’t take a report at all… water has been leaking under my kitchen sink for months still not fixed after telling her several times. There is never no parking and i pay rent on time every month. She like to write people up because it was told by another residen

Overall things are good. It's well kept outside. I hear that they are to welcome new Management. I am hopeful that the new one in charge also takes care of the inside issues. That is why people are paying to live there. Fixing what's inside will make the difference in how the quality of it outside will appear long-term. You have a good tenants paying on time they should be without major issues going unrepaired. I do hope the best for the new person in charge and the residents that live there

SLUM, management will not fix anything, no smoke detectors, leaking A/C, broken A/C no repairs
