Took someone in to apply today. At 1:15pm. The young lady in the office was very rude and it seemed like we were annoying her. She did not address us, She would not even say hello. Was visibly irritated with our questions. We left and went to Stillwater. The lady at Stillwater was nice we're hoping she gets approved because I'm worried Live oaks will be difficult to communicate with

I had a scheduled tour this weekend and met with Ms Annetta. She was so nice and answered all my questions. The outside property looks great minus the pool being under construction. I looked at a 2/2 and it’s very spacious. Love the grey tint carpet and rich color of the cabinets. Patio space was also very nice. Thanks again Ms Annetta you’ve made a great impression and got to see you again

Maycol and Carolina are very friendly and helpful in the front office and on property.. the property is so clean and I have had the best experience living here.

Former Resident here, Just want to give Erin, and Arnetta kudos! They are absolutely fantastic. I loved living there the past five years. Pedcor always took care of all of my Maintenance needs. I am also so very proud of Jessica moving up the ranks as a District Manager. She is a vast improvement. Miss you guys! Much love from San Antonio.

Nice Apartments so far! Application process was simple and easy. Arnetta & Erin took great care of me. Very Professional from start to finish. Will recommend if you're looking for a budget friendly place here in Georgetown!
