Living at Livano Grand National has been an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we moved in, we have felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The entire staff is extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which truly makes a difference in our daily life here. We would especially like to thank Valery, who has provided outstanding service since day one. She has always been attentive, kind, and efficient, going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly for us. Her support and dedication have made our experience even better. My experience with Livano Grand National Condominium was extremely disappointing and marked by abusive, disrespectful, and humiliating treatment. On July 4, 2025, we received a 3day eviction notice for an alleged balance of $3,936.54 a completely false charge. This notice was invasively placed on our apartment door and also sent by email, publicly exposing my family and causing unnecessary embarrassment. This amount was incorrect, as our lease clearly included two months of free rent (May and July) as part of the move-in promotion. In addition, we fulfilled every single obligation: • We paid the application fee; • We provided the required security deposit check; • We even made an extra payment of $1,000.00 in June for a tenant referral program. I’ve had a great experience living at Livano. It’s a community I really enjoy — the property is beautiful, well maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The team here is friendly and always willing to help. There’s a red-haired lady in the office who has been especially kind and attentive. A couple of times I needed assistance and she did her best to help and guide me. It’s nice to feel supported as a resident
I have lived on property since 2024 and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating lately since I’ve transferred units. I reported my AC not working and the original ticket was closed stating it was fixed when it was not. Same issue with my dishwasher, you have to send multiple emails or visit in person repeatedly in order for them to actually help or fix things. I had to submit another ticket request and they finally stated to work on my unit. communication regarding the status has been so poor. I emailed the assistant property manager and My concerns were not addressed, I was simply told warranty would be coming out, without any acknowledgment of the delay or inconvenience from management. I was without AC and heating for over 10 days and management has not provided any empath
I really enjoy living at Livano — it’s a condominium I truly like. I love the structure, the atmosphere, and how well everything is maintained. The staff here also makes a difference — everyone is always polite and willing to help. I especially want to highlight Valerie, who has always been very attentive to me, both professionally and on a human level. Whenever I needed something, she tried to help and did what was within her reach. This kind of care in customer service shows real commitment to the residents.
