Liv+ Union Peak Apartments

I’ve recently moved onto the property and it has been amazing living here! The community is so peaceful, quiet and well maintained! Before I moved in, I hired the handyman service to paint two accent walls in my unit. It made the whole unpacking process that much easier since the apartment was ready to go when I got there! The luxury is definitely in the amenities and I love all of the small details, especially the box of toys in the Bark Park!

Drove by the property the other day and had to stop. Currently looking for something for my parents and the community happened to catch my eye and I saw that it was a 55 plus community so I had to stop. Had to share my experience: 1. The property management team is amazing. I was warmly welcomed by the Assistant Property Manager, Olivia, who was incredible. 2. This property is stunning inside and out. Whoever designed and picked out the intricate details has incredible taste. 3. Incredible location right by Norterra, Walmart, and great access to and from downtown and the airport. 4. I used to live at a Liv property years ago and I had a great experience there. 5. Zen Room - heaven on earth aka north Phoenix. 6. Holy amenities! I’ve toured Liv+ Union Peak twice now and I am so incredibly impressed by this stunning active adult community. Not only do the building and grounds look like a beautiful Arizona resort, but the staff there is so friendly and helpful. I really like how both Olivia and Katie took their time speaking with me and showed me all of the amenities offered. The floor plans are all beautifully updated and I can envision myself living there. The location is perfect- within close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Seriously, when can I move in?!?!

If you’re looking for a 55+ community that feels like resort living, this is it. You owe it to yourself to stop by for a tour. This community is setting the bar high! The floor plans are well thought out to provide more living space than the square footage would suggest. The beauty of a community like this is the social opportunities outside of your individual residence. It gives you the perspective of a more spacious living environment that would make down sizing a breeze!

I recently toured Liv+ Union Peak in the heart of Norterra in North Phoenix and was impressed by the overall presentation. Olivia, the leasing consultant, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also met the property manager, and the team clearly takes pride in the community. The property offers a great mix of amenities including a pool, pickleball courts, co-working areas, Zen Den, and a dog park. Some of the units feature private garages and patios with a combination of concrete and astroturf—thoughtful touches for pet owners. The grounds were well-kept, and the community has a modern, social vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking in the North Phoenix area.
