This is the third house I’ve purchased and the absolute worst real estate experience ever. The agent was essentially worthless with zero communication or accountability. It’s 2025, please don’t use the excuse I never got the email. She added zero value to the purchasing process too. I essentially brought the house to her. If you want someone that’s old and outdated go with these guys, they won’t be able to sell your house. They claim to be market experts but are from it. I would advise you to not use this company, they are lazy and think houses sell themselves….ya maybe 40 years ago.

We just closed on our house a month ago & I was extremely impressed with our agent, Anna Crenton. She is smart, showed amazing initiative, and was awesome to work with. During the entire process, from looking at homes through inspection to closing, she displayed a vast amount of wisdom. She clearly knew the lay of the land and consistently offered strong advice to help us land our home. Most importantly, she made the process fluid and easy. This was a busy time in our lives, from moving out of state to dealing with some family issues. Anna understood this and made everything turnkey. Would highly recommend using her because I know when we sell - we will again!

Ellen has been there from day one in my home searching. She explained every document and helped me get concessions for the repairs needed on my house. She kept everything on schedule even though there were a few hiccups with my loan. Even after we closed, she continued to make sure I was taken care of. She’s awesome!

Please DO NOT buy a house from this company. They hired the cheapest contractor possible to poorly fix the issues found during the inspection. Even when I addressed the issues with the contractor, he made up some excuse about how it still follows the contract. The "fixes" made the quality of the house worse and now I have to deal with them out of my own pocket instead of the previous owner's. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction or safety.
