The people managing the properties seemed inexperienced, and when problems came up, they blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility. I hired them in March of last year, and things started off strong. But once issues surfaced, I found myself spending hours on the phone trying to get things addressed. Hiring Liv Indy was a costly mistake. They not only mismanaged both of my properties, but after months of proven errors and negligence, still insisted we owe them. I was repeatedly billed for work I never approved, including exterior mowing and yard work that was already covered by the HOA. A dishwasher leak at one property was mishandled so badly that it left $4,500 worth of warped flooring. To make matters worse, they replaced a stainless steel dishwasher with a mismatched white unit without approval. My Carmel-area property sat vacant for nearly 10 months under their watch. Our heat went out the night before Thanksgiving when it was 20 degrees outside. I called the emergency maintenance line and within 15 minutes someone was on their way to our house! Our heat was restored that night, very pleased with the response time and quickness of repair!
