Living at Liv Avenida is the best residential experience. All staff members and kind and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled timely and properly. The site is always clean, the community strives to create an actual community with ongoing events, and all my neighbors were friendly and kind. It’s one of a kind.

Where do I start?? Coming from NJ I was nervous about so many things: making friends, finding good food & hoping we are picking the right neighborhood. Liv does SO MANY things for the community and we’ve met so many people. It really made the move so easy. Everyone, and I mean everyone from maintenance to office staff are super helpful & approachable. I’ve had HORRENDOUS experiences with maintenance in my life prior but Liv has an app you can put your ticket in and they are always super responsive. Victoria & Kendra in the office were there to help us when my husband found a duck at work. Kendra knew immediately where to go & who to call! The amenities here are awesome too!! We toured around 10 complexes before coming to Liv. The gym has Pelatons & a real calendar of activities like Buns

This is my third Liv property that I've had the pleasure of calling home and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience over the last 3 1/2 years. I have made wonderful memories here. My favorite aspect of the community is the 24 hour amenities. With my long working hours, there is nothing better than being able to enjoy them at my own convenience. When needed, the office is very responsive and the maintenance team is equally attentive. Plus my neighbors are quiet and incredibly friendly, which I really appreciate.
