Yeah stay away from this apartment, they’re a bunch of thieves, I’ve been renting for years nobody ever took my whole deposit, I made sure I left the house as clean as possible, the house was clean they couldn’t find nothing to charge me for, so they found whatever to charge me with, Trash Valet is not worth it they charge $30 a month just for trash to stay in front of your door for days the trash valet people comes whenever they feel like it, the dumpster is not far away I don’t know why they even offer trash valet, they took some of my deposit when I switch to a different unit the house was clean they found a little stain in the microwave they charge me for that.. it’s like you can never win with these corporate people.. Good luck if stay downstairs had to move to a different unit becaus

I am not one to complain, but I wanted to save the hassle for someone else. If the rent here seems too good to be true, it absolutely is. This apartment complex wasted my time and took my $80 application fee with zero accountability. After touring and applying, I was told I was “approved,” but that upper management still needed to approve it, which already made no sense. Then I heard absolutely nothing for over a week. After repeatedly reaching out, I was finally told the unit I applied for was suddenly no longer available, but that another unit could be offered instead. I was told to wait two days while they “overrode the system.” That was the last time I ever heard from them. Since then, I have been completely ghosted despite multiple follow-ups. No explanation. No resolution. No ref

am extremely disappointed with my experience at Liv Apartments. After paying an $80 application fee, I was told my application needed to go through upper management. From that point forward, communication completely stopped. I made over a dozen phone calls, sent multiple emails, and even made in-person visits, all of which went unanswered or unresolved. I have receipts and records of every attempt. Additionally, the required income verification tool was not Android-friendly, something the staff themselves seemed unaware of. I was left to troubleshoot the issue on my own, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating process. Rather than being assisted, I was treated as though I was a bother simply for following up and asking reasonable questions while trying to secure housing. T

I lived here before the new management took over, and in the beginning it really wasn’t bad. Maintenance was quick, kind, and actually fixed things — even a major water leak was handled fast. Then the new company stepped in, and everything went downhill. Our rent shot up by $600 in a single year. They somehow lost a rent payment. The roach situation became awful. There was even a shooting one morning. On top of that, the valet trash service was a mess — you pay for it, but if you don’t set the bag exactly how they want, they charge you a fee and don’t pick it up anyway. Very unprofessional all around. I’m not sure which company bought the property, but they’ve absolutely run it into the ground. We ended up moving out, and honestly, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

It floods. Both outside in the yards and inside when the pipes burst, which is how the kitchen in our first unit got ruined. In the 4 years I lived there I had water pour out of my kitchen ceiling when a pipe burst in the unit above me and poured so much water into my kitchen it came of the light fixtures, ruined the paint to the point that it bubbled and peeled off the walls and e everything in the kitchen was soaked (pictures attached of one of the many ceiling water spots). When we called maintenance, their solution was to turn a fan on. That's it. It wasn't even an industrial fan, just a normal portable fan. They never came back to do anything else, and we moved out of the unit as the mold smell was too much. We transferred to a different unit, and they made us pay $500 to transfer des
