Liv Apartments

I lived here for 3 years and moved out because I relocated. The apartments are simple, nothing glamorous, but clean. The property is well maintained as well as the amenities. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Neighbors were even great and looked out for each other. I loved this place and so did my dog. We were sad to leave it.

I’ve been staying in Liv apartments going on two years now and I have no complaints ! Rent is reasonable, the office staff is very friendly and my maintenance request is answered within a timely manner. The apartments might not be renovated but I decorated and made my place cute! I love my space so if you’re like me work and stay to yourself you’ll like it out here.

This has been the worst place I have ever lived! Leasing office won't handle things they're suppose to like neighbor's disturbing or nuisance, i don't think they have sny clue what's the meaning of nuisance, the list is long and VERY stressful. I noticed at least 3 residents handling drugs to people that don't live here in 3 different occasions. Neighbor smokes weed so I can't open my window bc of that terrible smell but if tell the office they will just look at me and say nothing. There's dog poop everywhere, the pool is a joke, there's always people getting drunk, listening to a very loud music. Cheap walls painting over hair or dirt, the stove also is a joke, cheap, cheap cheap. Neighbors that neglect their dogs and the office also won't bother to talk to them since that's nuisance

The price is good and people live here are friendly. New students should carefully consider living here. The apartment is quite dated and not conducive for families with children. There is a notable issue of residents smoking and drinking late into the night. Furthermore, upon the conclusion of my lease, my deposit was deducted and only twenty bucks left. This was surprising, as I had previously rented apartments multiple times and always received a full refund of my deposit before living here.

They've been very accommodating with an unexpected occurrence that required me to change the end date of my lease. EDIT: I already had this place at 5 stars a few months ago, but I have to emphasize that this place remains fantastic. I won't go into details, but they have been so unbelievably reasonable in accommodating my needs as a tenant. I truly can't say enough good things about them.
