Liv Ahwatukee should be your next home! We started looking in the Summer and ended up becoming new residents in the Fall. We looked all over Ahwatukee, and although there were a few places that tied with Liv, if it wasn’t for Alexis, we wouldn’t have moved in. From the very beginning, the front staff, especially Alexis, was incredible. She kept us updated on specials, followed up consistently, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Alexis truly went above and beyond! Now as residents, it’s always a pleasure seeing her and catching up. Outside of a few minor things that needed fixing when we moved in, which is pretty typical, the maintenance staff handled them promptly and even left helpful notes for us afterward. This is without a doubt the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. I have never experienced such a high number of major issues in such a short period of time. (I moved here in June this year.) It started with a broken washer when I moved in. The issues snowballed from there, with a broken refrigerator, a roof leak, and a broken stove that resulted in a gas leak. Now I’m dealing with a broken refrigerator AGAIN and have been told I need to wait until Monday to get a replacement. Do yourself a favor and cross Liv Ahwatukee off your list of apartments to consider. You’ll be glad you did. Update: Now there is a gas leak in the apartment below me. Unbelievable!

I love grilling and hanging out at the pool. The main pool is heated during cold season ….gotta love it. I like that they clean all amenities daily. #livahwatukee

I’ve live at Liv Ahwatukee for a while, and unfortunately, the quality of living has significantly declined due to lot of insects in the apartment issues. Most of the office staff is not helpful when issues arise. Unfortunately, when problems arise, there is not proactive about solving them. and lose its charm due to poor maintenance and lack of responsiveness. Hopefully, they make improvements, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend this complex.

While it once had a great atmosphere, the quality of living has significantly declined due to several ongoing issues. •Quiet hours are not enforced, and it often gets loud at night. •The complex isn’t as well-maintained as it used to be. Common areas could use more attention. • The gym equipment is extremely outdated, and it feels more like a social hangout than a place to work out. They recently removed the music app, and it’s frustrating that playing music is discouraged. Also, towels are rarely stocked. •The kitchen appliances and tools feel low-quality and outdated, not what you’d expect for the price point. • Most of the office staff is not helpful when issues arise.
