Avoid this HOA management company — grossly unprofessional. I am writing as an owner who has been repeatedly frustrated and alarmed by this company’s handling of our community. Based on my experience, they are unprofessional, unresponsive, and appear to misunderstand that they work for the homeowners. Requests for basic, required information are routinely ignored or delayed for weeks, and getting documentation (contracts, inspection reports, invoices) is needlessly difficult if not completelyigbored.Most disturbingly, property inspections were not performed for years after construction, and a stair step recently collapsed — an incident that, in my view, reflects their failure to manage routine safety and maintenance. I have lived at the Villas at the International Club for 8 years. As an owner and current Board member I have had many interactions with Litus to Let. This property management company has exceeded my expectations after hearing stories about other community management companies. They have always responded to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Their 24/7 emergency number is top notch. Their guidance and expertise has been instrumental in keeping our community a premier neighborhood. I highly recommend this management company!

I have worked with this company for over a year & can honestly say their staff is very responsive to requests from our homeowners. There has been a review posted by a homeowner who has not liked LitusToLet since he was board member. I have never had any issues with Litus & would highly recommend them for management needs. It’s unfair to post a review for a business that tries to assist the homeowners but are unable to do so due to restrictions. Thank you for all you do for our community !
