Littlestown Village Apartments

Mary who handles the leasing for Littlestown, PA is absolutely phenomenal, my situation was I need to move asap but then there was an issue on my end, when all was sorted out, Mary made it happen and understood. I am more than grateful and pleased with how I was treated!!

I’ve lived in Littlestown Village apartments for a couple of years. I enjoy it here because it’s a safe, quiet community. Most people mind their own business and are pleasant. The rent is reasonable compared to other places I looked at. School district is very good. Not a lot of restaurants in town but the pizza is delicious at all the local shops.

Great place to live for a small family, very quiet and peaceful, people are nice and pleasant and mostly keep to themselves, Gettysburg and hanover are a short distance away. Staff and maintenance are very friendly. Great price!

As being tenant here for several years I enjoy living here. It’s quite community and the rent is reasonable especially for being pet friendly. The Property Manger and Maintenance both respond in timely manner.

The HVAC unit is so loud you need the television on volume 60 to hear what is being said. If you want to have a conversation with anyone you need to yell. The alternative is to turn it off and set in the heat. It doesn't hold the temperature more than 10 minutes so constantly coming on and turning off. Indicating poor insulation. Was told by maintenance it is because the place is old and nothing can be done about it. Of course, the truth of it is they don't want to invest the money into doing anything about it.
