Poor Maintenance.... I am ashamed to bring any guests to my Wimbolton court apartment. They hike the rent every year but don't do pick up phone when you need maintenance. My ceiling has been wet , leaking and stained for almost 4 months. 4 small and 2 large ugly looking water spots . Tired of calling the office and maintenance number ... nobody answers the phone since last 3 months. I hope the owners or management make an effort to improve the tenants experience. I've been trying to call the office to get the trash under control they told me to call maintenance I've called maintenance four or five times nothing's been done this trash has been here for a month now it's unacceptable people have to live here

This management is horrible....no public face for anyone to deal with them....most available phone numbers do not work....if you get a good number, you have 2 options, 1 for applying for an apartment and 2 for maintenance requests, both disconnected me. You must use a P.O. box! I wanted to pay my niece's rent since she is incapacitated and did not know the amount. I finally went to her apartment and found an old receipt. As a landlord, I find this reprehensible. They are owed a better way of handling issues and business. I would give then a "0" if I could!

Almost every apartment complex in my area is owned by them and I swear no matter how early or later I call it’s impossible to get in touch with them. I even drove to the leasing office and nobody answers . Very poor management. What’s the point of even having all these different numbers and ways to contact if nobody ever even gets back to you.

For such a large company they have the worst customer service!!! My apartment has leaked from the ground up, due to the horrible foundation and no ground apartments being sealed. I have lost out on vaacum cleaners, furniture, paid out of pocket for plastic...and my renters insurance has such a high copay that I'm just out of that money completely because Liss Property doesn't take responsibility for anything!!! We had a crack head, drug addict living out of his car in our parking lot and 3 of my Christmas packages were stolen...the office says..."oh well call the police..what do you expect me to do"!! The work done in my apartment...after waiting months for someone to respond to do it..it doesnt even completely get done. A leak was fixed, the hole was spackled but never painted. Half my wa
