Prior to selling my home, I would contact Lisa every few years to give me an appraisal. It was used to help my financial advisor establish my portfolio which in turn determined my retirement dates and, a suggested guesstimate timeframe to sell my home. Lisa was awesome from the start to the end and beyond. In fact, she had helped me purchase this house 39 years ago and she was there every step of the process to help us sell the same house. One of things we had to take care was the oil tank that was buried in my front yard. Lisa had the knowledge to guide me through that process and we quickly took care of it.
