I came to tour Lirica on a Friday afternoon with a need to move immediately. Lucero and Emily worked diligently to get my application approved that Friday and I was able to move in the very next day. The property is beautiful and well-built even if some amenities are still under construction. Emily and Lucero were both very kind and knowledgeable about the property and have been so helpful every step of my move-in process! I am very happy to call Lirica my new home.

If all apartment tours were like the one I had a Lirica, people would feel more confident and at ease about choosing their apartments. I had a really well informed tour with Janine; who was kind, intelligent, very conscientious and considerate. She answered all my questions in a timely fashion and made me feel at ease. Lirica is a really nice, brand new complex with top notch amenities and competitive pricing. I was impressed and I've seen a lot of apartments over the years. Thank you, Janine!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Lucero for guiding me through the entire application process! From start to finish, she was incredibly supportive, responsive, and patient. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. On top of that, she has such positive, welcoming energy, it truly made the experience that much better. The property itself is amazing! I absolutely love the dog park, and I’m so excited about all the cool amenities that are still being built. You can really tell a lot of thought went into creating a great living experience here. Overall, I couldn’t be happier!

The property is gorgeous! Lucero brings such positive energy to the property & was very informative on our tour. I am looking forward to hosting fitness classes for the residents in the near future at their state of the art fitness facility. Lirica is the real deal!
