Alejandro Anez should NOT be trusted as a realtor. He facilitated the rental of a property under foreclosure without properly disclosing this information to myself or my roommates. We were never informed that this apartment was under foreclosure until a friend happened upon the information online. The property had been under foreclosure since 2009, therefore he illegally stole close to $30K for his own personal benefit. Furthermore, when my roommates and I stopped paying rent because we knew that the property had been auctioned off, he threatened us that we would be evicted if we did not pay and tapped a final notice to our door. When I confronted him with the fact that Evelyn Perez no longer owned the property, information we had been given by our personal representation, he lied and sta
