Lion's Gate Apartments

Lion’s Gate apartments are quiet, and the grounds very well maintained and clean. Maintenance works quick and effective if needed to do anything. Jessica in the leasing office is great too. I would recommend Lion’s gate apartment homes to anyone looking for thier next home.

Lions Gate is a nice and quiet place. Staff and neighbors are very nice. What is commendable is that, upgrades are constantly being done, thus enhancing the building. Also, it is kept very clean.

So far so good great atmosphere some places have reasonable prices depending on what your looking for. Maintenance and management handles my issues promptly the whole staff is approachable and friendly the neighbors are nice and friendly its basically like living in a small town. The buildings, grass and outside are clean heat and air works so be like me dont believe all the negative comments until you go see for yourself youll be surprised and if the price is right im quite sure youll move in.

Edit to previous review: Renovated units are NOT worth the price increase as they come with a wide variety of issues, but if you can snag an un-renovated unit they are worth it. Lived in both now, and much happier in the old style units. In-unit washer and dryer and the new leasing office as of 2025 is very responsive and gets issues resolved as quickly as possible.

I went to go tour a renovated one bedroom apt and shalae was extremely unprofessional. I went inside the office and she didn’t greet me or make me feel welcomed. Not only that but she ended up showing me a standard one bedroom which someone was already moving into (why would she show an apt that is going to be occupied the following week) anyways moving forward to the her finally showing me the renovated apt. She failed to provide any information about the apt herself. I had to ask for all the utilities I’d be paying for and I also asked her how much is the renovated apt going for and she told me to just check the website and she doesn’t know. I believe when management is unprofessional like this it not motivating for potential residents to move into a place like that. Yes the apartments w
