Very good except the guy was saying it wasn’t his job to change the light bulb. He did it and we really appreciated that he did. We were too short to reach and no ladder. So thank you!

Good morning. I am writing to inform the management of Links Citiside that I am very dissatisfied because your managers, Nicolett and Dillian, are very racist and rude to Latinos. We have gone to them for assistance, and they respond rudely. I feel very unsafe and am not sleeping well because there have been many vehicle thefts, and they offer no solutions. Because of this, I have decided to leave the residence. I know my contract ends in September, and I know I have little time left, but I have witnessed a lot of theft and mistreatment by the managers, and many people have left for the same reason. Mr. Flowers was very quick with fixing my maintenance request. Very nice gentlemen and we had a good conversation! He also helped me with something that wasn’t part of my maintenance request which did not go unappreciated. Thank you!

I lived here for several years & recently moved. Dont be fooled by the wonderful visit you will have with Beanca...she's absolutely AWESOME !! However the property changes management very often. The new manager Dillan, is non responsive to emails and fails to properly address issues. I've had to email him several times , AND go to the office in person for a response from him. The corporate office is no better which sets the tone for the staff. Property is never kept clean, trash area is always overflowing with mounts of trash. Random gun shots at night. Apartments are extremely outdated. The complex also has a roach issue. Apartments are very affordable but please read other reviews before deciding to move here.
