The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a perfect location, but what really stood out was the level of service. A special thank you to Victoria for going above and beyond to answer all my questions, walk me through every detail, and make sure I felt confident and comfortable about my new home. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. Link apartment was our first home in the US since we migrated from the Philippines and it had been a smooth process for us from the day of our inquiry up to our moved-out day (thanks Victoria). Everyone had a positive attitude and was prompt in helping us whether we needed assistance with minor issues in or outside the apartment. Lisa and Desmond were very friendly and always gave treats to my son whenever they saw him. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was well-maintained and cleaned. Amenities were great too. The only reason why we’re moving out is because my son will be starting his school and we wanted him to give him a school with a good rating. Thank you for a wonderful year with you. Highly recommended!

I am a longtime resident and can't say enough nice things about the wonderful leasing and maintenance teams at Link Apartments Manchester. This week, Desmond from the maintenance team noticed the air was low on the tire of my car, and he took care of it for me! This is the kind of thoughtful, above and beyond approach Desmond has always taken to his job in the years I have lived there, and this is on top of everything else he does to keep our building running smoothly. Desmond and the rest of the team at Link are the best at what they do, and it is because of the extra care and attention to detail they take that Link feels like not just an apartment building, but a community.

Best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Great location, right by the scenic spot of the river. Close by the city for the convenience, but without being directly on top of everything, so it feels very comfortable and relaxed. The amenities are great quality, such as the fitness center, bicycle room, and year-round pool with gas grills and a fire pit! On top of that, you have a great sense of security, with gated parking garage, key fobs on each level, and a package locker that gives a custom passcode to you. The apartments are very home-feeling, and very spacious. My favorite thing about my apartment was how big the windows are, they let in a lot of natural light.
