We’re still early into our stay, but the professionalism here has already stood out. The leasing and assistant property management team have been welcoming and professional, and the maintenance team has been especially impressive. Sebastian, in particular, has been responsive, kind, and very professional. He took care of a few items efficiently and made the process so smooth from start to finish. It’s refreshing to move into a community where the staff clearly takes pride in their work. We are looking forward to continuing our time here.

Link is easily one of the best complexes in ATL. I have been living here for over a year and they have had my faith in apartments restored! The leasing office staff, Shontel and Tracy, are extremely kind and helpful. They always go out of their way to help me and do not have those hidden fees for small services that other apartments may have. My previous complex was managed by GreyStar and I was disappointed by the increasing fees and hidden fees that were not explained when signing the lease… but Link is nothing like that. I truly cannot say enough good things about Shontel and Tracy, they are FANTASTIC! Also, the maintenance staff is incredible! Chris is very friendly and always fixes any issues I may have. I honestly hope my next apartment is just as great as this one! I’ve been here since June 2021 & I’m moving for a change of scenery. I enjoyed my neighbors, the close proximity to the airport (& pretty much everything) and the amenities. Traci in the office has always made sure that I’m taken care of. 5 stars because whenever I had type of inconvenience they would handle it. Chris in maintenance is top tier! Any request I made he would be there the next day. They take care of their residents period. They have the same issues most apartments in major cities have but they overcome them.

I’ve lived here for 7 months now and I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Maintenance is so quick to fix any problems. My neighbors are considerate. You can tell that the front office really cares about the tenants. I love the location and the amenities are great. Seriously, if you’re searching for your next apartment, look no further.

I’ve been leaving here over 18months, o couldn’t have picked a better place to live. Shontel & Traci are amazing. The both of them make everything so peaceful and easy. The property always clean and if you need anything fix they are on it immediately. Love them both.
