We have lived on State Street for going on 8 years now. Since this apartment complex has opened we have seen an increase in police responding to issues and trash next to cars parked in front of our houses, making it difficult to navigate up and down the streets. This complex has no parking available. It was built with the parameters that tenants would not not have cars, and should be riding bikes and utilizing the trolley but it seems that the majority of the residents do have cars. The lack of care and concern for the residents of the Seversville neighborhood by the tenants and employees of Link Apartments in such a short amount of time is astonishing. I truly enjoy living here. I had the pleasure of speaking with the leasing consultant, Shana, and she was both friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you have any questions or need assistance with anything.

I love beside the apartments and I've been here my whole life. Our street used to be quiet but now the back door slams at all hours of the night waking me and my parents up. I've spoken with staff on multiple occasions but nothing has been done about the issue so now I'm going to get the police involved. I'm sure it's nice inside and the residents are happy but it's been terrible for some of us who were here before it was built.
